CUSTOMER OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Arakii is now looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team at our headquarters in Stockholm full-time. In this role you will act as the link between our customers and operations team to deliver an optimized customer experience throughout the whole supply chain.

In this role, you will be a central part of our daily operations, combining administrative responsibility with customer-oriented tasks. You will, as a part of the operations team, work closely to deliver excellent customer experience, support smooth workflows, and efficient processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries in a structured and professional manner

  • Managing and coordinating orders, returns, and claims with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

  • Maintaining and updating product and order information, ensuring high data quality across systems

  • Supporting operations- and marketing teams with administrative coordination and reporting

  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal workflows and operational processes

Profile

We are looking for a structured and analytical individual who enjoys working with administrative processes, multiple systems, and excel-based documentation. You take ownership of your tasks, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to prioritize.

  • Experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within e-commerce or fashion

  • Genuine interest in customer experience, service quality, and brand perception

  • Ability to balance efficiency and service quality in a fast-paced operational environment

  • Strong system proficiency and confidence working in multiple digital platforms

  • Strong skills in Excel
