How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. The transport company picks up orders once a day. As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping email including a tracking link.
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us. Contact our team here

We always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. However, peak periods such as holidays, sales, campaigns and new releases can result in a higher number of incoming orders, meaning that the processing time of your order might be a bit longer than usual.

Which delivery option do you offer?

We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and which country you order from. Choose your shipping method in the checkout.

How long is the delivery time?

Sweden: 2-4 business days
Europe: 2-4 business days
USA and Canada: 4-6 business days
Other countries: 4-6 business days
Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received in our warehouse. We will contact you personally regarding any further or unexpected delays of your order.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all countries in the European Union, as well as the United states, United Kingdom & Norway. Meaning there is no extra charges at delivery!

All other locations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that it is the customers responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 30 EUR / 30 USD / 30 GBP / 300 NOK / 300 SEK / 200 DKK. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customer@arakii.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.

Can I return my order?

You are always welcome to return your order by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 14 days of receiving a product ordered. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged (99 kr for the return shipping in Sweden, 15 Euros for rest of the world) Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return.

Eventual costs for customs will not be covered by Arakii.

You can return your order for up to 14 days from receiving it.

Search for your order number and choose between exchange or return.

  • Pack your return securely with original packaging, tags and/or labels, with the return form and order number inside.

  • Attach the return label. Make sure you’ve removed the original package label. Return your package at the same Service point where you collected your order. 

Please note:

  • All returns have to have a filled out return form.

  • All returns have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.

  • All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn or damaged pieces will not be accepted for return, unless you have contacted us separately with a specific claim and we have accepted.

  • When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.

  • The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • When your package reaches our warehouse, expect your refund within 5-7 business days.

Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?

You can cancel your order as long as it is not yet shipped from our warehouse. After that, you can just place a new order with the correct items Contact our team here
