The Frill Silk Dress is designed with the same draped, oversized upper construction as the Tight Waist Gown. Gathering at the shoulders creates fluid draping across the bodice, while the back is open and softly draped, secured with delicate spaghetti tie bands at the neck. Long sleeves are finished with adjustable ties at the cuffs, creating a voluminous balloon silhouette. The lower part is constructed as a gathered skirt section starting at the waist, with the volume releasing into a short, flared hem that adds movement and lightness to the silhouette.
